Description
Model is essentially a replication of a playful sketch in space,
yet, in a way it was born out of consideration of the very
material and an extreme reduction of elements from which
a given object is made. Free from complications and with a
“not yet finished” look, Model is a unique floor lamp. The final
design is left to the customer and it depends on the choices
provided by Grupa. To finish a Model, one has to choose from
three different sets of steel frames in a black or white finish
and various possibilities in the colour of the textile cord. The
fact that the intensity of light is controlled only by the choice
of bulbs means Model is free, not only from complications,
but it is free, period. Model comes with a lightbulb selected
by Grupa, however, everyone is free to experiment.
